VDOVault's banners - a dilemma

VDOVault asked me to make a banner for her blog,so i made two,because i couldn't really decide which one would be more appropriate.











It'd be really cool if i had some feedback on these two.
VDOVault has done the same thing over her blog too.

I am sooooo no expert, but there is something cleaner about the top one. The film perforations (?? heee) in the bottom one are closely spaced and it just looks rather busy for a banner...

The top one rocks...

my two cents is actually free ;-)
